Once the model line is running smoothly, we will start deploying it to other factories. At this time, we will begin meeting with senior management once a quarter so they may observe the model line and connect to the different functions of the business. The purpose of these meetings is to educate senior management on the efficiencies and improvements created on the factory floor and use that knowledge to accelerate innovation elsewhere within the company.
