We provide online consultations in the instances where in-person consultations aren’t efficient, either from a cost or time perspective, or safe. These instances include, but are not limited to: 

• Exporting the model line to a factory that is geographically distant. We work with companies all around the world and travel to their locations. However, it’s not always necessary for us to be on the ground during the implementation of the model line in a new factory. If this is the case, we can provide an online consultation.

• New problems cropped up after our in-person initial consultation. In this instance, an online consultation might be more efficient since we already have an understanding of how the shop or factory floor functions as a whole.

• A global pandemic or regional epidemic makes in-person consultations either impossible or undesirable. In-person initial consultations are always ideal, but when they can’t be achieved, an online consultation will suffice.
